I'll be playing at The Road and The Sky in Kanazawa Bunko on Thursday 3/4. It's going to be The Road and The Sky's 11th Anniversary so it should be a fun event. I'll be playing with some special guests ( it's a secret ! ) so come down if you are free, listen to some good music and eat some killer food! We'll be there from 7pm, come join the party!

Tonight I hung out with my friends Ryo, Toshi and Kon Chan in Yokohama!

Met K5 and Kaz tonight for dinner in Yokohama, it was great getting all three of us together again. Kaz drank a little too much and got pretty faded! We must be getting old cuz K5 and I barely made it to our trains! SHOCHU ROCK!

I had dinner with my friends Travis and Waka tonight. After dinner we started jamming out a few songs!

HANGING OUT WITH TATSUO !

Today I met with my good buddy Tatsuo for dinner and a little bit of Karaoke. I've known Tatsuo ever since I was 17. He used to live in Hawaii and I would often go to his house to jam guitar and eat his mom's delicious cooking! I owe a lot to Tatsuo and his family, he actually taught me guitar, how to record, introduced me to different kinds of Japanese foods, and was like a second family to me when my family was going through hard times. Tatsuo also was one of the main reasons why I'm living in Japan now, thanks bro, it was cool hanging with you again! XANADU!

ENOSHIMA ISLAND !

Even though I live so close to Enoshima Island, I realized that I have never been to the lighthouse on the top of the island. You can see all of Shonan and you get a perfect view of Mt. Fuji with a beautiful sunset. At night the whole place is lit up with some killer lights and disco balls! ( don't ask me why there are disco balls... ) There is small cafe on the top called Lon Cafe which is known for their famous French Toast! Dang they know how to cook some good food in Japan, there goes my diet!

SWITCHFOOT JAPAN TOUR !

Switchfoot came to Japan to play a few shows! Last night they played at Azabu's 73, it was really crowded and I saw a lot of my friends there.. Kat, Jon and Kansei from FADE, Nalu san... I forgot my camera so I could only get pictures from a cellphone! oops!

MEMORIES OF LIFE IN HAWAII!

Being in Japan all this time...playing music, city life, cold weather.. I sometimes forget where I came from and what always made me feel so free.. THE OCEAN! I live close to the ocean in Shonan now, but nothing can compare to the warm water and sunshine of Hawaii. Every winter I feel this way, so don't mind my " emo-ness "
